What we do

Six things, done properly

We are deliberately not a full-service everything agency. These are the channels we run, and we will tell you plainly when one of them is wrong for your business.

Search engine optimisation

Technical fixes, content that answers real queries, and links earned rather than bought. Slower than ads and far cheaper per acquisition once it compounds.

Paid search

Google and Bing campaigns built around what converts, not what looks busy. We cut spend on terms that never close and put it where it earns.

Paid social

Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns with creative built for the platform. Audience testing first, scale second.

Conversion optimisation

More traffic is the expensive way to grow. We test pages, forms and checkout flows so the visitors you already pay for convert more often.

Email & lifecycle

Welcome flows, abandoned cart, win-back and newsletters. The cheapest revenue in your stack, and usually the most neglected.

Analytics & tracking

GA4, server-side tracking and dashboards that agree with your bank account. If the numbers cannot be trusted, nothing above matters.

How we work

Four steps, and you see everything

No black boxes. You get access to every account, every dashboard, and a direct line to the person running your campaigns.

Step 01

Audit

We look at what you have — traffic, spend, tracking, competitors — and tell you where the money is leaking before you pay us anything.

Step 02

Plan

A written plan with the channels we would run, what each costs, and what we expect it to return. You decide what to proceed with.

Step 03

Run

Campaigns go live in your accounts, not ours. Tracking is fixed first, because reporting you cannot trust is worse than none.

Step 04

Report

Regular reporting tied to revenue, plus a standing call. When something is not working we say so and change it.

Pricing

Published, not "on application"

You should be able to work out whether you can afford us without booking a call. All prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, cancel with one month's notice.

Why us

A small agency, on purpose

Heroup Digital is a small operation and we do not pretend otherwise. That is the point.

You talk to the person doing the work. No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. When you email, the person who replies is the one in your ad account.

Everything is in your name. Your Google Ads account, your Meta Business Manager, your analytics, your domain. If you leave, you take all of it and nothing breaks. Agencies that hold accounts hostage are relying on switching costs rather than results.

We publish our prices. Most agencies will not, because the price depends on what they think you can pay. Ours are on the pricing page.

We say no. If paid search is wrong for your margins, or your site will not convert whatever we send it, you will hear that in the audit — before you have spent anything with us.

Free, no commitment

Find out what is leaking before you pay anyone

Tell us your website and the channel you are least sure about. You will get a written response with what we would change and what we would leave alone — whether or not you ever become a client.
